RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Mercedes-Benz Baby USA, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.
PRE-ORDERS
All products are currently available as Pre-Orders.
Estimated delivery for the first shipments is expected to begin in mid August 2026. Please note that all delivery dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to manufacturing schedules, shipping delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may cancel a Pre-Order at any time before the order has been shipped and receive a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to the return policy outlined below.
RETURNS
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
• Be unused and unassembled
• Be in its original condition
• Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Return requests must be approved before any item is sent back.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Products that have been used, assembled, damaged, or altered after delivery
• Products returned without original packaging
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery.
Please provide photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue promptly.
If the claim is approved, Mercedes-Benz Baby USA will arrange the return and cover the associated return shipping costs.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
